We are a top real estate company based in York, Maine and we are expanding our team of support staff. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with customer service skills to join our transaction coordination team. Duties include (but are not limited to) assisting agents with compliance with company and regulatory agency policies, scheduling agents and clients, and other office tasks.
Computer skills and a minimum of intermediate proficiency in Excel are required. The ideal candidate will be:
Enjoy working with a variety of different personalities
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to move smoothly between different tasks while maintaining accuracy
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests
Real Estate experience is not required.
