The space is 210 sq ft with three closets and has two large windows that receive bright afternoon/evening light. The space is carpeted for sound dampening, and if that carpet gets a little messy, we don't mind! We would love to rent it as a shared studio for two people for $300 each, but it is also available as a private studio for $600.
