I have a left hand and right hand storage tool boxes.the open up and they do lock.also they swing out and are removable.they also have a lock so you can't remove them.these are only 6 months old and will fit 2019- 2023 gmc/chevy 1500 series trucks.i have all the hardware to install and all locks and keys.these are a orignal gm ascessory.please call jim with any questions.no texting as will not answer them.
