Waterfront folks, I will be up early every morning raking your beach area so you'll never know lake muck or seaweed or goose poop
Security, I'm a 6'1 240lb 40yrs old ex military and it's highly unlikely that anyone is looking for trouble with me around. If you want to ensure you're property is safe, especially if you leave for some reason or snowbird, then you don't have to worry about break-ins or vandalism.
I have a Drivers License and vehicle, so I can run errands when needed. Groceries, goods, stove pellets, etc.
Most of the headaches that you have, whether you have a private large lot or running a campground, I can handle them.
I don't smoke cigarettes, non-felon or any criminal history, I have no pets but will love yours if you do. My current credit score is in the top 95%, so I don't owe money or spend beyond my means.
