Im 55, disabled but still working. I'm on my own. Seeking a male house mate. Someone who can pass a background check and is employed. Split bills and help around the house is all I ask. Bills don't amount to much. I keep busy paying for 2 new vehicles. One for work and the other to ensure my survival. Im old, need help. No wife or kids. Friends are few. Good family deceased. Gotta get the place straitened out, finish building, keep up on the to do list. My house consists of a small 24'x24' house and a 10'x20' cabin. Second cabin planned. House is kitchen, bath and living. Beautiful granite fireplace. Vaulted ceiling. 5 overgrown acres of wood. Is a huge mess. Property is off grid and designed to be cheap/affordable. Yes, i have electricity, indoor plumbing, etc. I've lived in many places. Affordable and peaceful suits me well. Gotta keep the cycle of life flowing. Live cheap and put your money to better use elsewhere. Beautiful mountains and outdoor recreation. Snow needs to be plowed in the winter. Take trash to local dump. Im in Sumner, 40 minutes from Auburn/Lewiston area. 20 minutes from Oxford.
