Im 55, disabled but still working. I'm on my own. I'm selective as to who I let in my life. I'm very much a typical male of today. Respect and peace are priority number one. Seeking a male house mate who is the same way. Someone who can pass a background check and employed full time. Split bills and help around the homestead. Im not unreasonable. Im not asking too much. I don't use people. My house consists of a small 24'x24' house and a 10'x20' cabin. Second cabin planned. House is kitchen, bath and living. 95% finished being built. Beautiful granite fireplace. Vaulted ceiling. 5 overgrown acres of wood. Is a huge mess. Wouldn't take too much to finish and straighten out. Property is off grid and designed to be cheap/affordable. No rent, just split bills and help. Im in Sumner, 40 minutes from Auburn/Lewiston area. 20 minutes from Oxford. Low crime area but still chock full of zombies. Defensive posture needed. I also have a kennel and a lot of cats. No dogs allowed. Dan
