Our first granddaughter arrived this year and we are moving to Louisiana. We sold our property in Mercer so the camper has to go.
FULL DISCLOSURE - The dishonest lady who sold me the camper did not tell me about the front roof seam leak.A friend inspected it for me but did not check the roof due to a leg injury. She reassured him at delivery that it was in great shape. It rained for 5 days and the roof ended up with a soft spot and water intrusion in the front.
When I arrived, I said a lot of swear words and then covered the camper and used a dehumidifier to dry the camper. Then I installed Eternabond tape accross the front. No more leak. Then I resealed the entire roof with Dicor, Eternabond tape, and Tropicool silicone room sealant.
I messed up last fall and forgot to drain the hot water tank and it cracked. The air conditioner has a saddle value installed so you can recharge the coolant if needed. If you plan long trips, you will need new tires.
The grey tank line had a minor leak which was repaired last summer.
