Hi, I am looking for an unfinished basement to live and operate my watch/ jewelry repair bisness. It doesn't matter what it looks like as long as I have access to a bathroom. I am currently working out of an unfinished basement now and am renting a room in the house. I have had some issues with theft and would like to try a new arrangement. I am a 40 year old man and have an active lifestyle. I do no drink or smoke and have many technical skills that I could utilize to help out with anything that needs to be done. My technical skills include heating and air conditioning, carpentry and finish work, painting, appliance repair, auto repair and plumbing.
