Hi, my name is Jared G & I'm looking for a long term Cat friendly room for rent/house share in the Greater Portland area. I'm 36 & I work in a restaurant downtown nights & weekends! I have decent credit & would be interested in signing onto a lease, I'm ok with doing a trial month too! I'm just looking for a place that is safe & reasonably tidy for Me & my cat Izzy! (Portland, Westbrook, & SoPo in order of preference, I don't drive so I need access to the bus plz! I can pay up to $1200/month depending on location/space & I Would gladly pay for XL room or shared office but not required!) Available ASAP but need by 9/1
I work til midnight but I am quiet, tidy, & Happy to share chores/costs to have a nice home! I'm LGBT but open to living with all ages/genders if there is good communication & respect for each other's space! I'm "Cali Sober" 10 years, I prefer to smoke outside for my cat & I don't smoke cigarettes! I'm not bothered by social drinkers or visitors but would prefer not to live with anyone who has lots of parties or does drugs! I'm friendly but I tend to stick to myself during my work week. I love the sun, I the beach & swimming, rollerblading, going to concerts & hitting the mall but I make sure I spend lots of time with my kitty to o! Picky eater, won't eat your food or leave dirty dishes around!
Izzy is 13 & she means the world to me! She's friendly with people, dogs, kids, & reptiles but she Is Very shy of other kitties so best with other seniors or prefer a place where they can both have their space. Izzy will walk up to you & meow for pets, loves to play, & to sit in the sun watching the birds from a window! Thanks for reading, hope to hear from you soon!
