I'm a straight single employed male, no kids or pets.
I do smoke cigarettes but outside only is fine.
Looking for a room along with a garage space/shop space, as I'm a carpenter by trade and also very handy fixing things.
I do have a 10 x 20 portable storage tent I use as a shop now, with solar power.
I can easily take over all property maintenance year round, I have mowers and snow blowers, as well as repair or add on to your home, I have been a carpenter for 30+ years
I'm easy going and drama free.
Need to be in commuting distance to the Wells area though.
I'm respectful of roommates , their personal space and privacy in a housemate situation
Would be willing to barter carpentry/construction on occasion for rent.
For fun I ski, golf, fish and mountain bike.
