Hi my name is Bryan, I'm a painter of 20 years plus experience start to finish, interior, exterior, residential , commercial. I'm offering the services of painting rooms up to a 12x12sqft size for $100 a coat. This consist of filling all nail size holes in the wall, excluding new construction trim wholes. one coat on the ceiling, two on the walls, and one coat on basic trim, and casings for a total of $400.00 for a 12x12sqft room getting 4 coats 1 on the ceiling, 2 on the walls, & 1 on the floor board &frames. Doors, windows, and crown molding are excluded as they vary in detail.A side of a door is $10, to $20 a coat, windows range from $15, to $25 a coat depending on panes, and size, crown molding is $15, to $25 depending on size as well. I can also give you a quote based off of square footage aswell! I can include the paint, and supplies to make it easier so all you have to do is choose the colors, and let me take care of quality painting. I have contractor accounts with many paint suppliers, and color charts from brands I recommend that are the best quality, and affordable for you to choose from witch I'm happy to help with. I am very good at knowing how to get the best quality paint for your budget. I also know exactly how much paint, and supplies you need for the work. Once you have chosen all your colors, I will take care of the rest. I paint full interior, and exterior's start to finish, , cabinets, apartment turnovers, pressure washing, decks,Vynyl plank floating floors, drywall,carpentry, I do water leak, and damage restoration and have a good general knowledge of many of trades. I have a sprayer, and all the tools, and give you a high end finish quality job every time. I am very efficient at what I do with over 25 years experience.I always quote the work, and explain in detail on a contract what the cost is for every part of the job is individually. I do this to keep things simple, and professional so the customer, and myself are covered, and on the same page as far as what"s expected. I am fully
