I am headed for retirement and would like to finish my fabulous career doing the fine type of work I have always done. But my program for this year in 2026 is that I am going to use the best of the best of builders and people at my side that I have used during my long career. And I promise with my last breath to build you the finest quality home construction so that I may end my career on the same fabulous note as I began. And the people that I will bring in are also the best of the best that any customer could ask for... We are all bottles of fine wine. We are diamonds in the rough after 40 to 50 years of hard custom work experience... This venture that I am about to embark on reminds me of a movie I watched many years ago where a group of old men, all very special in the same fields, all having done the same thing all their lives... So refined, so perfect, so enjoyable and precise that I felt as though I was living in their memory of achievements. That were done in excellent precision that could not be matched... When you Google their names during the first day at work, you will dance for joy knowing that I spoke the truth and that you have a yard full of masters building something very special for you and not just another run of the mill deal that can be found on any street corner.........And we all know that the cost of any work today is extremely high and you are not guaranteed of the quality... You will not have that feeling when you see who is on your property working for you... Last year I did nothing due to my health and I watched 15 houses built within a mile from my home in Wells... They were all Capes and Colonial style with nothing special within or around the buildings... And the cost was 600k. This was insane for me to watch knowing what I could have given you for that kind of money...I have talked this over with my fellow builders and we all are on board with the idea. We each know that we can not be hurt in any way working together on a project like this so we have agreed to do it. We want 3 good size projects no matter how large or how custom. We have the on board architect and custom home designer and we will base our cost to you on the going rates for all services MINUS... Which means our costs to you will be less than any cost you can find anywhere... I have it figured that the builders of the past 3 years overcharged home owners around 120,000 dollars per home So that is the kind of cost we will pass on to you in most cases... I have been doing this for 50 years, starting out by working with my dad and then started out on my own with LTV Builders and continued without a bad reference from there.... I do not operate like the large building contractors and I have no big office. I have only a high school diploma with some college and an older vehicle. But what I do have is 40 years of some of the finest custom building referrals that you can find... I have built custom homes and commercial buildings from coast to coast. I spent 20 of my years working for a company out of New Jersey troubleshooting structural issues in buildings and working with city engineers to make the construction corrections. From Detroit, Jersey, New York, Philly, Ohio, and Maine, I have built Olympic size swimming pools and 11 unit fire jobs in the darkest parts of Detroit. I have never had an injury on my jobsite and always provided the security and performance I promised... I do not know if anyone will answer this post and it really don't matter.
