Solid metal (except for the seat, grips, and end caps) "Tunturi" rowing exerciser with two pistons for resistance, straps to brace the feet, and a smooth gliding seat. It measures 54"L x 29-1/2"W x 12"H, making it compact enough to store away. Measurements are close approximations, length taken from end of back rail to front of foot pads, width is taken from arm lever to arm lever, height is taken from seat top to the floor. It has rubber caps on the metal frame to protect surfaces.
