40th Anniversary, box sealed, comes with an authentic miniature of herself and the package she came in back in 1959. In a magnificent gown inspired by her original 1959 bathing suit, Barbie carries a bouquet of 40 tiny pink roses. Box shows some signs of shelf wear, bends, rubs, knicks.
