This is the tool you need to hold the crank pulley, while you break a variety of your other tools trying to remove the crank pulley cap screw.

I mostly broke Craftsman 1/2"-drive extensions while using my BA 4' cheater bar. I finally took the car to a shop which had a 3/4" impact gun; their gun combined with this tool: the bolt still didn't budge. And, the dude charged me 15 bucks for using his worthless impact gun.
Then, I took it to an industrial repair/welding shop (Jack's)...they had a compressor the size of a VW Bug and some mild-mannered-looking IR 1/2" impact gun. I said to Jack, "Man, I just tried a 3/4" gun." He gave me the look you give a total dork, and let me use his gun out in the parking lot.
This tool, which I have for sale, and Jack's killer IR 1/2" impact gun...bolt came out of there like butter. No hammering-away using a lot of Jack's air...just a touch of the trigger, and zoom.
Anyway, I have used this tool for one timing belt change on my '94 Accord with a 4-banger. I don't know what other Hondas it fits. I tried to look that up, but it was tougher than I could handle.
The tool is close to "like new." It is a Powerbuilt #648796.
Trades considered. No broken Craftsman extensions. No Honda-specific tools.
