I own a Snapper 16" cordless chainsaw--currently not running. It starts up, but then shuts off quickly after starting. Battery shows 3 of 4 lights charged. After fully charging, my voltage meter shows the battery charged up to 58 of the 60 volts, but no more. Either the saw or battery has an issue. New batteries cost $159 plus tax at Walmart. Other replacement parts for this saw such as the bar, motor, 2.5 ah lithium charger, etc.--which are all in great condition-- sell on the internet and easily exceed the $50 price. At $50, you don't have a lot of risk here and you could end up with an incredible deal! The saw has been gently used for 2 seasons on 2-4" trees/brush and suddenly stopped on me recently for no apparent reason. I needed to get work done and bought a new, different type of saw. If you are good at tinkering, you can, no doubt get this running and will end up with a steal at this $50 price. Battery by Briggs and Stratton. If you own one, you will never find a good, clean, spare/backup for less. Stock photo.
