Responsibilities:
Install baseboard, crown molding, and door/window casing
Hang interior doors and install hardware
Install custom trim, built-ins, and millwork
Read plans and maintain clean, professional work
Requirements:
3+ years finish carpentry experience
Strong attention to detail
Own basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and with a team
