Technically a one-bedroom but there is a futon in the living room area. Not entirely finished but it has electrical and there's an outhouse. It is plumbed for indoor peeing LOL but no water. Wouldn't be a bad winter retreat. Your responsible for electricity and or heating it does have baseboard but you'd probably want to supplement that with wood. 25 minutes from Farmington 30 minutes from Skowhegan. Also can put in a 30 amp hookup if you'd rather just park your RV
