This serene, gray-shingled cottage sits seventy-five feet from the waters of Blue Hill Bay in Brooklin, Maine. It has spectacular views of the Blue Hill Bay Lighthouse with the mountains of Acadia in the distance. A private staircase leads down to the deepwater shorefront and beach with granite boulders. It is only a one hour and 15 minutes’ drive to Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island.
