Come spend time and appreciate all the joys of Boyd Lake. Whether it is boating, jumping off the dock, relaxing with a good book, swimming, kayaking, reconnecting with friends and family or simply just being at peace, this house will make any vacation memorable. It rests on a double lot, has tons of privacy, and plenty of space to play on land or in the water. Enjoy stunning lake views from the deck, kitchen, den and dining room. At night, warm up by the wood stove inside or start a campfire outside.

We have two short-term rentals, both are lakefront. These are five-star properties on a very popular STR site that starts with the word "Air". If you look at the first picture of each home, you can see the listing title. Prices vary by month; $1,000 weekly rentals in June; July and August are higher. While they are slightly different, both offer very similar amenities. Please email me for more details. The pictures are listed in order of their respective properties. The first property shown does NOT have a washer/dryer, the second one does. Both homes have:

Queen beds and a futon
One full bathroom with stand-up showers.
TV
Internet
Blinds/curtains for privacy
All beds, bedding, blankets, sheets, plates, cutlery, glassware, towels, and many more accessories are brand new
Kayaks are provided
Firepit, picnic table, propane grill, lawn chairs
Private docks (your own boats are welcome)
Be at ease with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors
Local ATV and snowmobile trails nearby

Also note that in the first home, some of the pictures of the same space look different. We just put down new hardwood floors and updated the kitchen table and chairs; this is NOT reflected in all our pictures yet.

This is a very private lake, perfect for a peaceful escape, which you will feel the moment you start driving in on the private road. This is not a busy/populated lake with restaurants/bars; but somewhere you go to create your own memories.

For those that like to fish, Boyd Lake can have the following fish: Smallmouth Bass, White Perch, Yellow Perch, Chain Pickerel Hornpout (bullhead), White Sucker, Minnows, Common Shiner, Fallfish (Chub) Pumpkinseed Sunfish, and Yellowbelly Sunfish. The lake is 1046 acres in size. The mean depth is 10 feet and the max depth is 20 feet. It’s not a cold water lake so the temperature should be very enjoyable this time of the year. Still cool, but not ice cold.
