We are selling (not renting) our Week 7 Annual timeshare at the Rangeley Lake Resort. This is a prime week being February vacation in Maine and Mass. We have enjoyed this timeshare for 12 years but kids are older now and no longer on school vacation schedules.
The upcoming reservation is for Feb 14 - Feb 21, 2026. This is for a 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin. Amenities include indoor heated pool, hot tubs, clubhouse and snowmobile trails, as well as access to Rangeley Lake. The resort is close to town and Saddleback, and the cabins include a fireplace, stocked kitchen, towels, bedding, W/D, dishwasher. There are 2 queen sized beds, 2 twin beds and a pullout queen couch.
The cabins are dog friendly for an additional fee paid to the resort. You are eligible to trade your week within the Festiva or Interval International networks, and eligible to pay for bonus days at the resort throughout the year at a discounted rate.
This is an Annual Deeded Week, not points or floating. You will have this week every year unless you exchange it. Yearly maintenance fees were most recently $1350 annually and are due in January. You are allowed to rent out your week if desired. We have seen owners renting this Feb vacation week for $3500/week. Please reach out with any questions.
