These consoles are new and 100% plug and play. All of the work has been done for you, that's exactly what you're paying for. Simply connect the provided HDMI to your TV and plug the console in and you're done! There is nothing to download in fact you don't even need to be online to play the games. Two controllers are included, you can choose from wired or wireless.
ALL of the games have been tested and ALL of the garbage has been deleted. This is NOT one of those massive file dumps cluttered with games that don't work and 800 versions of Pong. This is very clean and organized. This library was definitely put together the right way and wasn't focused on seeing how many games would fit regardless of quality. :)
